Website construction started

Welcome to the official website of the Commodore Computer Club UK - the initial construction phase of the site was started today and, at the time of writing, at least some of the features are up and running correctly; a couple of banners are present to test the links (along with a version of the CCC UK banner) and there are a couple of news items to exercise the RSS feed and front page a little.

Oh, before i forget there's an RSS feed already bolted into the site (since the news is rendered from it) but anybody who signed their reader up during the site build should now delete and subscribe to the feed again - it won't break the site or anything, but the odds are your feed'll be going somewhat squiffy!
